Epitome deals in facilitating the buying and selling of properties in Stoke-on-Trent between investors and motivated sellers. The properties we offer achieve good yields and cash flow, and will be suitable for the rental market.
Once an investor has decided to purchase a property, Epitome will follow it through from agreement to completion, and to its letting. The letting of the property can be handled through our associated companies or through one of your choice. To keep delays to the minimum, Epitome can recommend Stoke-on-Trent based solicitors and mortgage brokers, in order to speed up the purchasing process.
Whilst some houses will already be occupied by a tenant when purchased, others can be tenanted immediately on completion. If the property requires renovation (as detailed in the deal description), or merely a lick of paint we can arrange this for you through our associate company.

Who we Are
The Directors are experienced property investors with their own portfolios primarily in Stoke-on-Trent, as well as holdings in Suffolk and Hampshire. Between them they have over 20 years experience in renovations, new-builds and property management. We source primarily terraced properties some of which are discounted to us due to our network of contacts in Stoke-on-Trent; some will only be available to our investors as they will not be on the open market.
With our combined local knowledge we have been able to buy property to suit our investors’ criteria in many different areas of the city, and to renovate them to the standard needed to be landlords accredited by Stoke City Council.
